‘Myumyu factory Japan’ may change the specifications of this application without the prior permission of the application user or the prior notification to the application user.<\/p>\n

Article 4 (No warranty and disclaimer)<\/p>\n

‘Myumyu factory Japan’ does not guarantee that the functions of this application will meet the requirements of the application users, that the operation of this application will not be interrupted, and that the operation results will be correct. ‘Myumyu factory Japan’ shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused in connection with the performance or operation results of this application.<\/p>\n

Article 5 (general matters)<\/p>\n

This agreement does not limit the rights guaranteed to app users by consumer protection laws such as the Consumer Contract Law. In this agreement, the law of Japan is the jurisdiction. Even if some of the provisions of this Agreement are invalidated by law, the other provisions shall remain in effect. For proceedings related to this agreement, the court located in’myumyu factory Japan’will be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of the first instance.<\/p>\n
